The purpose of this blog is to track the progress and personal thoughts of my 2007 engineering Thesis "General Purpose Analytics for Health Information Systems". This thesis is undertaken with the School of IT at Sydney University and RPA. My thesis is jointly supervised by Professor Jon Patrick from the School of IT and Dr Rafael Calvo of Web Engineering Group.

Update: Workflow Diagram
The updated workflow diagram is shown below. We are still getting some feedback on the diagram. But early feedbacks are positive.
